The Innovation and Industrialisation Units

One of Tuffigo Rapidex’s main strengths is having all of the in-house skills necessary to design, test, develop, modify the products and programmes on its entire range. R&D conducts the design phase, working from specifications based on an idea, a new standard or a customer requirement.

All of the engineering teams are responsible for drafting the technical notices, creating the products, the bill of materials and the price quotes.

	Innovation and Digital Unit:  "Imagining the future of livestock "   Our team of engineers is attentive to market developments and is continually looking for innovative solutions to meet new requirements: animal welfare, competitiveness, respect for the environment, traceability, mobility, etc.
	Industrialisation & Production Unit:  "Quality, Optimisation, Manufacture"    Once validated, all our developments or new products are tested in the field, in real conditions of use through our network of test users around the world. Our teams then move on to the Industrialisation phase and train users on the new functionalities and their implementation.

A product development policy based on rigorous project management.

The two Units, Innovation and industrialisation, work together by coordinating their actions on each project or new product. The teams work together on the technical development of the prototypes as well as the price simulations to meet commercial specifications. The "test" phase is an integral part of our "Development" process.
